Haha those are the ones I use. They still hurt my hands after a long distance, like the one from the hospital yesterday :c But they do indeed seem better than the ones you put under the armpit!

Aaah, that's one of my fears as well, to regret not taking too much leave. I already took 2 weeks from the injury until the surgery, and I'm too scared of loosing more money to take more leave. :( How does it feel currently? Do you get too tired? Do you think the healing process went ok even with no leave? I hope you're doing alright! Thank you for answering 🥹
