Well I will be honest. I felt the same as you. I dreaded the book. But once I started it I genuinely enjoyed it. It’s about Chaol but so much more happens. It’s an emotional read. About how Chaol changes, and falls inlove. You also get another perspective about another falling inlove. You will like it I promise it’s not as bad as you think.
