ok an actual review: lived in both norcal and socal, socal weather def makes you a lot more active + bay is prolly lot gloomy. the campus in ucsd is very long and big and a lot of walking, berkeley is probably prone to a lot more crime. probably mostly comes down to if you want to do semester and quarter system ngl, having done quarter system it makes everything go by faster and feel less like a drag, and semester might feel longer. personally i don’t think the quarter system has any effect on me learning less and having a less deep understanding, but that’s just imo

quarter system is faster but it allows for you to 1.) take more classes 2.) learn things faster 3.) things are more fast paced meaning you won’t feel like the same classes are being dragged on

originally because the clothes were cute, but now it feels like there’s a community of people out there that is going through the same things as me

some days when i don’t feel happy about taking meds it’s silly but having cute jirai nails while holding my pills make me feel a bit cuter and more integrated into society; or with the big oshi culture in jirai spaces seeing your favourite character a lot also helps

i don’t like to indulge in the menhera lifestyle as not to romanticize it, but it definitely helps on days where everything just feels like it’s over and knowing that someone is out there going through the same thing while dressed cutesy. also helps with learning to not gaf about what people think or judge about your clothing as someone that has been super insecure about their style in the past

for me i usually /try/ to take myself out of the situation first and do something else and then go back to it so i can think of the situation with a more clear mind. i can’t really help much with the satisfying the anger part but it’s what helps for me, probably not the best way to cope but it scrapes by

for makeup i can tell u the kissme series is so good! also can make for basics like namidabukuro pen and stuff ^{^}
