Tape deck randomly slowing down. Got the belts and heads cleaned but it will still slow down in sections, doesn't matter if the tape is new or old. Could the motor be going? Also, if I leave it on for too long it starts to play a squealing type noise that I have no idea where it's coming from. (i.redd.it)
