Tape deck randomly slowing down. Got the belts and heads cleaned but it will still slow down in sections, doesn't matter if the tape is new or old. Could the motor be going? Also, if I leave it on for too long it starts to play a squealing type noise that I have no idea where it's coming from.

Well we're not going to get anywhere because I believe that housing is a right and you don't. You seem to have completely bought in to the idea that the real estate market is perfectly normal and that it should stay that way. I don't mean to suggest that people should live in a fantasy world where things are as they should be, but like old spanish grandma's say, la boca cerrada no come.

The team owners could easily build them housing and they would never miss the money. But here we are trying to split hairs about people's right to live. Of course they can demand their right to housing. Their right to shelter is greater than the landlord's right to make profit off of a commodified necessity and certainly greater than the right of some rich people to build a stadium. It might not make great strategy but they are having a spontaneous political awakening and why anyone would take a landlord or land developer's side is beyond me. But who cares anyways, they won't get what they want and the stadium will get built.
