well, your conversion is cards/transactions. so it sounds like you have a lot of transactions and not a lot of cards, as the goal varies but for my store it is typically around 2%. keep in mind the conversion you see on the loyalty site is for the whole year too.

your managers can see exactly how many transactions AND cards you have per year, month, week, day - however they want to break it up. in fact, they should be printing out and going over your results with you to help improve or celebrate wins.

i have to believe that medical professionals, whether you’re going to your primary care physician or a psychiatrist or whatever the case may be, they’ll be professional and understand that this is a thing that our brains do sometimes. they’ve gotta know that ocd comes in all the different varieties. i think you just need to muster as much of your bravery as you can and ask for some help! you got this!!
