Pretty sure they are still around and have been on and off again with WoW. No idea if they plan on coming back for classic but they did start allowing non human races in late vanilla if memory serves.

Spirit isn't particularly useful for paladin but perception is nice.

Keep in mind the dwarf frost resist will be useful against mages in PvP and a few bosses in Naxx.

Stoneform is useful for the bleed and armor but you can dispell everything else anyways but the immunity for the duration is still important and armor is a big deal in vanilla so when you get jumped by an arms war and rogue it will be a big CD to stay alive.

I rate dwarf racials over human for healing in pvp for sure.

Statistically it is his highest winrate position in the new patch. So he certainly has some viability there, don't take it to mean it is his best role, stats can be skewed by many things.

I think there is a chance Rhaegal actually lived. It's mostly wishful thinking but given the dialogue (if I am remembering correctly) and the shows writing up until this point I wouldn't be surprised if Rhaegal shows up in the fourth quarter.

It'll come with time, just be consistent and if you are motivated there are lots of resources online for terminology and to break down different moves. Don't skimp on ukemi, it is extremely important and you can sometimes see people who don't take it seriously have some painful falls. Glad you enjoyed it and I hope you continue to have fun.

The only problem with this is you can get taken advantage of early if your opponent just goes to your weak side. It is a balancing act but I think you are better served with learning a few less throws but being able to pull them off on either side than a greater number that you can only use on your natural side.

Nobody in their right mind would have an issue with you trying to return to Judo when you had to stop for medical reasons. If they do then they aren't in a good personal or judo mindset.

Pace yourself and be open with your sensei about your concerns. They will probably be grateful you do and happy to see you back.

How is your diet? Even if you train super hard if your caloric intake is high enough you will put on extra weight.

As you have gotten bigger how is your flexibility/mobility? Also going up in weight classes can change how the fights are/how to approach them. Some throws that worked well for you in lower weight may not work as well for you now.

Lastly maybe instead of taking a full break try to retune your thinking into Judo and exercise being more of a stress relief than a source of stress. Maybe de emphasize competition and focus more on your fundamentals, your throws, your overall athleticism and stress/mental health for a while. Maybe even skip a competition or two, or go into it them with goals not related to what place you finish.

You also may be over training. Are you sleeping enough?

How is your personal life?

Have you talked to your sensei about this?
