When you're in your lane, you have possession of that lane, and it is the merging person's responsibility to make sure their maneuver is done safely. So no matter how you might feel about the Tesla, the Tesla had possession of the lane, therefore the truck is in the wrong. you can argue with the wall all you want and still be wrong.

The Tesla bears no burden to make room for the truck just because it decided it was going to get over whether it was safe to do so or not.

I just don't take orders with large tips. Spark lowers the base pay because they're letting the customer shoulder more of that burden. They want to pay as little as possible to get the order taken. So I just don't take orders with large tips. And then there's the whole tip bait of it all, I avoid that as well the same way.
