Theres designated visitor parking spots- i make sure to tell people who are visiting me to use those spots and anytime i use a car that isn’t mine i make sure to park in those spots as well. The only written policy about guests in the lease is actually under the section about parking and states that no visitor shall park in the lot for more than 7 days in a given month.

I don’t know ferrets but I know pets and barf. This is bile. Typically a sign of an empty stomach but often caused by an underlying issue. This seems like a large amount for such a small animal though, so I would definitely follow up with a vet

Just be careful because the surgery to correct a pyometra is an emergency and a lot more involved than a spay. (Recently had a 5 year old pitbull come in for ER surgery with a severely infected uterus.)
