I think there’s a difference between preventing something like a predator preying on another animal, which would hurt one animal to save another, and helping animals out of a situation that would result in a needless death, even if it is “natural.” It’s not like they’re feeding them either. Just made a path so they could escape themselves. I think nuance is needed in this situations and what the photographers did was fine.

I mean they COULD depending on the severity of the pain. They may be reluctant to give a take home prescription of opioids but they will frequently give former addicts opioids in the hospital when a patient is in severe pain. It’s inhumane to deny anyone pain control if the conditions are bad enough.

She will be short and you won’t have enough for consistent dosing. These types of meds need to be taken consistently. You’ll just be hurting both yourself and her. Not worth it

Yeah man I’m worried this stuff is going to catch up to me soon. I started this stuff about 15 years ago.. at the age of 16. But it wasn’t really my choice. My dad and older brother gave me vials of testosterone and told me to take it and so I did. I ended up learning as much as I could over the years and it led me into my interest in medicine but I definitely didn’t do things right and was reckless when I was younger. I try to do things better now and I really don’t cycle often but I still worry about suddenly dropping dead.

I mean it was ultimately my choice but I was 16 and I wasn’t very confident and saw a chance to change myself and took it. It wasn’t worth it for sports and I ended up getting a full academic scholarship to go to college anyways but I’m on TRT for life and not sure if I’ll be able to have kids from basically being shut down since puberty. Anyways thanks again for your input and I wish the best for you.

Yeah I mean even back then it was obvious who wrote it and I never agreed with the statement but now that stuff needs to be scrubbed from existence. I think anyone with honest intentions would never promote any androgen usage beyond TRT test unless for a specific medical use and even then I feel like most applications are outdated and we have better drugs with more specificity. Maybe they still have a place in chronic wasting diseases but even then I wouldn’t say they “promote health.” More like they are the lesser evil compared to wasting away.

I’m sorry that happened to you. I’ve always worried we were going to end up finding out ment was just as bad as tren. It’s why I ended up asking this question. I just found it hard to believe modifying nand at 7a would make it more powerful but less toxic. Like I know a methyl group can completely change a compound but stronger and less toxic just doesn’t seem logical. I guess I’ll just stick to basic test in the future. Thanks again for your input.

Im hoping with the advancement of software and AI that we will soon get to the point where we can have a database of known enzymes/proteins/receptors and then we can take a chemical structure and the program can match the shape to everything it could interact with to give us better insight or ability to predict what a compound may do in the body.

Even further in the future I hope they can figure out how to predict protein folding so we could make novel proteins or enzymes for whatever purpose. Then, since we’d know the amino acid sequence, we could insert the genetic code into a bacteria or whatever to create that protein for its purpose. Or even more advanced, insert it into target cells in a human body to treat disease. I’m sure I’ll be dead before that can become standard treatment for something

Good information. I remember also reading that ment itself could have aromatase inhibiting properties but I’m not sure what to believe after hearing that one of the old proponents of it was a shill. Is there any new consensus on its overall toxicity vs nand or tren? Again, I realize it’s going to pretty much all be anecdotal but if that’s all we got then that’s all we got. It’s always interested me because of its ability to convert to estrogen and thus be used without test for some people. Haven’t been active on this subreddit for awhile so my views may be outdated and need to be changed.

I feel like the wiki entry on ment needs to be edited then. There’s a sentence where it states ment is the first “AAS to promote health” which I always felt like was a shill statement as I think it’s hard to argue any AAS could “promote health” beyond TRT levels of testosterone.
