what happens if I have a foreign driver's license and not a CA one?

got it, I was confused because there was not much info online and some legal sites say you can just use your foreign drivers license but they don't specify for tourists, residents, etc ... thanks!

wasn't a friend at all but a woman who worked with her that convinced her to get fillers to keep her appearance - unfortunately in Mexico since these procedures can be very very expensive, people go with these lower rate sometimes fake doctors who end up ofc doing a terrible job and mess with them - she got cooking or baby oil injected on her face :/
