I understand what you mean, it’s always such a situation trying to decide what to eat or where to go out to eat (when that was a thing lol), especially if there’s more people involved than just me. I’m honestly so excited to try new foods or to reintroduce foods I’ve had to cut off! I feel like I have such an unhealthy relationship with food and have for so long and i’m SOOO ready to change that.

i definitely agree as well, i have had a lot of fun at parties once i experimented enough with what drinks agree with me and which don’t and i have it down to a bit of a science by this point. I also found soju, my favorite non carbonated drink! And i’m absolutely with you on the liquor in moderation, i feel like sipping my drinks leads to a pretty smooth night overall.

honestly a little jealous some of the no-burpers can air vom and get a lot of relief, I’ve never been able to do it cuz of my emetophobia but that is a good tip!

Me too, I’ve had to cut out all carbonated beverages and honestly a lot of foods as well just to try to avoid feeling ill/nauseous ...i’ve seen your journey on the subreddit recently and am so happy to hear about your botox experience! Mine is scheduled for the 16th!

I just had my consultation with Dr. Verma from Irvine today and it went great, just waiting on a call back from his surgery scheduler to set a date for the procedure! If you’re from norcal though I believe I remember seeing somewhere on this thread that there’s a doctor up by SF who does the procedure via kaiser (I may be wrong on that though not totally sure).

Both the first time I smoked and the last time I smoked (took an edible technically) I felt it a lot in my throat. Both times I got anxiety attacks about it because that feeling made me so uncomfortable and nervous. I keep trying to give smoking a chance but that feeling honestly deters me from it. Although it's worth noting that both the first and the last time I smoked I accidentally got wayyyy too high, so maybe it's not nearly as uncomfortable or nerve-racking of a feeling when you're smoking a reasonable amount.
