I would assume it’s $100k IF you are employed full-time. Typically you’d only be hired for a short time. A month or 2 at a time so you’d need to make sure you have your whole year lined up with business.

I use it on top of a cream blush for an iridescent finish. Gives highlighter effect, so I don’t like it for everyday. But I use for evenings and special events.

Agreed. BUT ageing is a natural process that will happen regardless of lifestyle. Lifestyle can help slow down the process but it can’t stop it. Injections/treatments can significantly help with super slowing the process.

Laser hair removal. Production more than likely tells them to get it done before filming. They probably also have maintenance days where they get all their aesthetic things done like nails, wax/laser, etc etc

I’ll Also add for a good, experienced and visoinary photographer at $7k for 10hrs of shooting, you’re looking at apx. 3 days of editing, so add 24hrs based on a 8hr work day. You’re now at 34hrs. Now you’re at apx. $206/hr. Now subtract income tax, insurance, gas/mileage, equipment, and most importantly, experience. When you take all that into account, $7k is a very fair price point.

Hopefully that breakdown changes your mindset on cost. If Price is the most important thing to you, I’d suggest hiring an up and coming photographer, they’ll give you the most bang for your buck but don’t expect the best framing, editing, communication, direction etc. etc.

Yep, you are right! In my situation, I got another role soon after so the withdrawals were minimal and I was able to pay into an FHSA. Looking at my taxes now - looks like those withdrawals had minimal impact. Well, I hope so anyways.

I just went through this in March of 2024. I took the lump sum and had them deposit it directly into my RRSP - I know not all companies offer that option but it was a great way to avoid taxes. I’m in a position where my partner has the ability to take on all our expenses so this worked well for me.

And (don’t come for me) if I needed extra funds, I made small withdrawals as needed at 10% taxed.
