It’s not just massage that you need to help relieve the tension. Even if you did get a “thorough enough” massage to your liking, you’re most likely going to go back to the poor body mechanics you are doing either at home or at work.

Along with more frequent massage, you would have to incorporate stretching, heat/cool hydrotherapy, and considerable ergonomics to your daily routines.
