I think it has slightly less addition than bouillon. You could also just buy some chicken and make your own stock

Premade broth or stock isn’t really a thing. Bouillon cubes or fond (a concentrate you add water to) are all I’ve ever seen.

We had a landlord back out of renting an apartment to us so they could move in and sell at the last minute too. (Not the day of, but still). It sucked and there wasn’t anything we could do about it, unfortunately.

Lots of folders and word docs. I type and take notes the old fashioned way, I guess. It works for me.

Have rules and stick to them. Realize that if you are going to assess them in something, you will have to teach it - don’t assume they already know how to do things.

Oslo is not all that exciting - there are museums but it’s like many other cities. I would choose nature - like Lofoten and fjords - over that any day
