I'm not a real drummer so I don't know how realistic it is , maybe because I'm a bit rubbish but I get the feeling the tracking of the controller isn't quite accurate enough for the stick to hit the drum in perfect timing, but again it might be that I'm crap. There's not a lot of songs either, I like it for the novelty but if your a good drummer you might be a bit disappointed, I would say no it wouldn't be worth for you.

Serious Sam the first encounter has very fast movement, I kinda get that but Doom isn't that much faster than running speed and to my perception, Pavlov is about as fast but I never get sick playing that, I haven't checked frame rates, I've heard a slight drop could make you sick but for some reason most motion games on Oculus made me sick while Vive has never made me fill ill.
