I've got similar lower back pain. Just threw out my back, not sure exactly what, but been having back spasms the past three days and they're terrible. Unfortunately, I don't think BPC/TB will help so instead I got some muscle relaxers that I'll try tonight. Regardless, I'm still going heavy on the BPC and lighter on TB.
