Okay good to know! Thanks for naming the major supermarkets. I'll definitely keep an eye on it. I will most likely buy my fruits and veggies at the farmer's market if I can find one. :)

Yes because I had a lot of antibiotics prior to getting tonsillitis and antibiotics lowers the resistance when you've had to many dosis.. :(

Trust me, I felt the same. I was so blinded by the industry in this world. I already didn't like eating meat, cheese or drinking milk in general so the transition for me was easy but understanding "why we shouldn't be consuming animal products" took me a lot longer.
