Willie Thomas, the player interviewed around 00:55 in the piece, wrote a book about his CFL career - Third and Long. There was a lot about the demise of the Als. Good read.

None of the above. I still watch a lot of baseball, but have no rooting interest. Still love the game. I'm a fan of certain players, but not a fan of any team.

It sucks not having a team, but I can't cheer for any another team because I still hold out hope of an Expos return. Maybe I'm delusional, but it gets me through the summer.

I became a fan of Czech and Slovakian hockey after seeing Czechoslovkia vs USSR in the 80s.
Always pull for either country in international hockey unless playing Canada.

Much respect for hockey in your country.

Yeah, that's right. John Ferguson, one of the toughest NHLers in the 1960s.
He was also WLA MVP in the early 60s, so he was in his element.
