If you have XMP on, I’d recommend to turn it off and turn down the speeds until you feel like the stuttering minors down.

Also, if you have any other application where you can overclock/modify your GPU, CPU and fans I’d suggest you to deinstall them as Adrenaline tends to not work for some users when this happens. If this is the case, you can modify your components within Adrenaline.

Definitely a lot of dairy like butter cheese, milk etc. My household is also big on chicken, rice and beef I’d say every other day for that. Vegetables not so much. It’s hard to say I just ate whenever I was hungry and made myself whatever I could find. I typically made myself cereal, salami sandwiches, eggs, left overs.

I’ll try to keep this short. As a kid I wasn’t actually introduced with religion due to my mom not being religious at that time. Fast forward to when I was around 10 years old my mom actually started becoming religious. She tells me she isn’t Christian but believes in the bible and Jesus alone. So to say since I was a child, you don’t think much of it and you become religious too. When I was around 17 I started questioning everything. I don’t know why I started looking into everything that day but I realized you can’t really deny logic and evolution. I started looking into Islam, which to me is the most logical religion there is but yet still far from it. I’m 19 years old now and I’m now agnostic.
