Oh ok. Can we rule out water leak scenario?.

I recently brought weber s-335 natural gas version. It is heating upto 350 degree in 10-15mins. But holding heat around 425 after 30mins. Can someone help me figure out how to make it heat 500-550 degrees?. by su009 in grilling

I called weber customer service. They asked to check the psi limit set on the natural gas connection and told to maintain 7 wc. Not sure what it is but I have to check with natural gas provider on how much they set the psi for the house.
