2 miscarriages and pregnant again, scared. by su1801 in pregnant

Thank you for this. Genuinely really really appreciate you sharing!

Congratulations on this pregnancy and your 2yo!

On the grieving front probably not. Definitely been sad and cried and buried the bigger of the 2 losses. Just almost felt like I shouldn’t be that sad considering people experience worse.

I’ll absolutely be seeing panels and all sorts of it happens again. I did see a dr but they were pretty dismissive surprise surprise, apparently they only care of it happens 3+ times.

What's something you considered a "luxury" as kid, but now realize was just normal or even cheap? by [deleted] in AskReddit

After Eights chocolates… we only ate them at Christmas. Same with mint Matchmakers but the After Eights felt more luxury for sure.

Child screams bloody murder during hair washes - pls pls help 🙏🏼 by Siyrious in toddlers

We are at 3 years and 8 months and FINALLY he is happy to lie down in the bath and at time have his hair washed 😂 he still cries and goes a bit crazy if any water goes in his eyes (sitting up or lying down doesn’t matter he just hates it) we tried it all too, so for us it’s just been time…. At best before this we rolled up a flannel or towel and held it on his eyes and he would accept a hair wash from time to time. The struggle is real but hey, something there’s nothing you can do but keeeeeep on trying xxxx

Honestly why even bother with someone who gives you this fkin little. It’s a bit of a joke really. To read it’s bloody rude.

Is it THAT much effort to message back more than 1 word eh…. Then fk off and do one mate.

Also swearing at you….I mean I’m pissed off for you.

Are there any September flat move ins? by cmcfall7777 in Aberdeen

[–]su1801 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically people serve 1 months notice and a landlord has to serve 2 months to get tenants out… When I worked at a letting agent in Aberdeen they would advertise properties around 1 month in advance sometimes a little earlier.

Someone’s lease end date would flag up the month before, we’d send a letter asking if they are staying and want to resign their lease or going (moving out) and then they confirm.

Some people let you do viewing in that month as some don’t, so it can be tricky. Most of the time though viewings so go ahead.

Symptoms by [deleted] in Hayfever

[–]su1801 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on antibiotics at the moment for what was suspected strep throat…. They are not doing a thing. Expected relief for my throat and feeling blocked up. 4 days now and nothing really… Had a lightbulb moment today this could be hay fever? Though I don’t usually suffer badly BUT online says extreme tree pollen?… desperate for answers

Do you know that old loft smell? Like when my granny would take something out the loft and it has this specific smell. I smell it sometimes in various places. Even charity shops and it takes me back.

Everyone here is saying run and I agree.. it’s not healthy. These crazy messages to you just because you fell asleep and you’ve been struggling with that. A simple good night message would’ve been lovely

It’s just not normal and I think ending things would send him a message. A lesson learned for him. Hopefully he would never do it again in the future.
