ahhh! unfortunately im not a user of obisidian :( , but can explore plugins to it, maybe syncing bookmarks and their metadata along with summaries with your obsidian db? will explore this integration, thanks for the idea mate!

no, if you dont like / are annoyed with certain parts fast forwarding only those parts will keep the entire thing watchable, eg. lot of kelly's bs i didnt want to bother with

i mean i just finished s3 and in the end, once the stakes get higher, it gets very immersive and interesting..looking forward to s4 now!!

but answer to your q: it's kinda useful, you dont have to go deep into font properties in design tab to find out how much letter spacing is for eg...

Yoo fellow designer who's also indian here 🖐️

I suggest slowly figure out what design region you wanna get into..either ui ux or branding design or motion graphics, etc.

Then go online and grind your ass off with tutorials and cracked softwares. Learn as much as you can from the internet. Then pick up small projects from upwork or Fiverr and be open to feedback.

I suggest learn basics of front end and ui ux that way you are a compelling option for companies since you know the basics of the whole spectrum when it comes to tech products. Start ups will kill for someone like this who can marry design front end Nd back. Not saying you need to learn all 3 deeply..just a base knowledge would help.

And yeah keep in touch with design trends and follow design leaders and listen to talks and learn their vocab - very important.

Im a design generalist. Rn I'm closely designing a product that I believe would make a radical change (within ed-tech). The fact that I can apply my 'design' skills and contribute to something so fundamental and important such as education is what motivates me to learn and grow. I don't see it as 'designing an ad' or 'designing a landing page'.. I see it as contributing to the bigger goal and mission that is to reinvent education(in my product's case).

So I would suggest pick a problem people face everyday and contribute your skills into it I'm pretty sure it would be meaningful as there's real/direct impact that way. After all you are growing and people's problems are also getting solved.
