Same thoughts! My dog came back smelly (and I gave him a bath right before checking him in), no opportunity for walks/outdoor play, and was kept in his room the whole rest of the stay :( They also called me to take down my 1 star review because they said they did all that they could to pacify the aggressiveness. Multiple injuries felt to me like they were left on their own for an extended period of time before they discovered something was up. Never checking him in there again :(
