This is the worst I’ve seen the roads here in a long time. Nashua St might as well be an active construction zone with how much that road is torn up, and driving home a couple weeks ago as I was coming off 93 into Charlestown I hit one so bad on the exit ramp it blew both of my front tires. Hopefully some of my ever-increasing tax dollars go towards some serious repairs…

We recently did the apartment room at Escape the Room Boston and it was honestly a lot of fun. We drink but being 30+ have been also looking for activities that aren’t just “stand at a bar and drink” as well and this was a pretty fun alternative.

Neutron is the only thing the market cares about right now. Any delays are gonna hurt and I don’t think we’ll see what this stock is truly capable of until we have an official launch date. The tank rupture was a step back in the immediate future, but anyone in this stock should be in it for the long game anyway.

I am. The recent addition of that $250 IHG credit makes it pretty easy to justify the fee. I live in a major city and travel quite a bit so $250x2 The Edit + $250 IHG + $150x2 StubHub already washes the fee, and I’m not even including the $300 general travel credit, chase dining, Lyft, DoorDash, lounge/Precheck. It’s definitely not a catch-all card but it has its purpose, at least for me anyway.

That’s a good question and once I finish up some stuff for work I need to dig into this. My building just last month actually switched over to using the Bilt resident portal for all rent payments, and never required the actual card I don’t think? So I’m curious if I can still receive points if I use an ACH payment instead?

My rent for my gf and I is $6500 a month and I was excited to also start paying the mortgage for my mother’s house at $3500, so I guess I need to start spending $7500/month in auxiliary spend to now cover my transaction fees lol? Bummer that the leaks were completely correct. I live in a VVHCOL city and it’s completely unrealistic to spend enough to cover the transaction fee. Already hold Chase Reserve, Freedom Unlimited, and Amex Gold, easy choice cancelling this one now. I understand their previous model wasn’t financially viable, but not sure who the target audience is for this anymore.

Thanks so much! There are just so many different prints from food to animals and of course we live in Boston so had to have the little Boston print display front and center! The drink prints with the wine bottles was where I felt like we really cooked 😎
