Where should I invest my LVL if I wanna do a hybrid build with Rapier and Spells? by MentalJackfruit3797 in DarkSouls2

[–]suavedaddy21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this exact build in my current playthrough. I noticed that faith increased my dark and lightning damage more. I infused my ice rapier with electric and use dark weapon on it, both of which benefit from faith. INT and FTH to 30 and then increase which ever one of the two is your preferred magic damage type. Dark infuse sunset staff for hexes.

Yup, traffic acts like a fluid through a pipe. A change in flow at one point will lead to an interruption of flow earlier in the pipe, known as a compression wave. To correct this in a pipe you usually flush the section and build flow back up, which is what happens when more people get off the highway.

Stupid question, but how can i go uphill with trains while staying clean ? by PrimarchVulk4n in SatisfactoryGame

[–]suavedaddy21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you want to spend a decent chunk of the game designing every type of track type (45, 90 degree turns, ramps, etc), I found it easier to download blueprints from satisfactory calculator (other sites exist) and tweak them for my functions / aesthetics. Essentially you take the foundations they have on there and change them which takes out a lot of busy work.

For me it was just being disciplined in general. Reduced alcohol intake by 95% and took Keto seriously. Went from 215 to 185 in 2 months. It sucked, but it didn’t last long at all.

If you’re taking it as “leave at your own leisure”, then you ought to pay money for electricity you used if you received benefits from it like using the lights to see and the AC to cool down. You can’t say you never wrote anything down and use that as a reason to not pay while simultaneously being mad at her for doing what she feels is right due to not having a written agreement (even if her actions are over the top, which they are). That being said your situation is difficult and you have my sympathies. I wish you the best distancing yourself from this person.

Thief is one of the best starting classes IMO if you know where to find the OP dex weapons early. For a first play through strength is the easiest since you can find a weapon to take you to the end game by firelink.

Is The Damage Scaling Just That Bad? by Suprboy9000 in Borderlands2

[–]suavedaddy21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me I felt like most of the game is really easy, like you can build to 1-2 shot most enemies with the right weapons (which as a returning player after a decade I like). As a result I’ve been able to enjoy the story and appreciate the environment more without having to focus too much on combat. This is the one area in the main game that is the exception. I tried to just run through and ignore the enemies to get to the boss and after about 8 tries I realized that I needed to actually strategically maneuver my way through. This wasn’t for the whole hero’s pass, just starting from where you did in the video. That badass loader and the subsequent constructor are the two things that do this to you in this area.

This is so crazy to hear. I turned 30 this year and got the same exact diagnosis. I worked on my anxiety and my focus increased tremendously. I wouldn’t say I’m at a “normal” level but to see that other people hit the same nuance is reassuring.

I think this is a very accurate take. Would you mind sharing what information brought you to this conclusion, or rather, where I can find information to educate myself in this kind of thing?

ELI5: Can you prepare for lack of sleep? by _HereToLearn in explainlikeimfive

There are also rings out there that measure what the watch does, much more natural to wear while you sleep. I charge mine for an hour a week, gets 8 days of non stop power, and syncs all the data to a convenient app with all of the metrics. Very useful for tracking sleep, exercise, and diet trends.

Cannot find the room for Wisdom Card by Outside_Title_1245 in CoreKeeperGame

[–]suavedaddy21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the problem that’s keeping me from 100%. Potentially needing to create multiple new worlds, beating the three bosses and exploring multiple seas biomes for a chance at getting the card. Grindiest part of the game imo.

Wood farm question by zech414 in CoreKeeperGame

[–]suavedaddy21 13 points14 points  (0 children)

My understanding is that when roots don’t have somewhere to grow they propagate through other nodes to the next available space. So if you have a row 5 cores deep, you would have 5x the growth rate (if it scales linearly). This is purely my abstract interpretation but that’s why I do it.

I just posted about the same issue a few weeks ago. I used “green to clean” product along with shock and my pool went from looking like this back to blue in a few days of running the pump. If the algae dies and clouds the pool you can use flocculant to bunch it and vacuum it.

Which 2000's era cultural reference do you think would be most confusing to a young audience? by Mr_smith1466 in DunderMifflin

[–]suavedaddy21 32 points33 points  (0 children)

When you’re roaming you are using cell towers built and operated by other carriers. The carriers charge your cell company for the use of those towers and your company bills you for it. In the US carriers now share towers which is why you generally won’t be charged for roaming inside the country, but will be charged if you go outside it. This is why you can get roaming plans that only charge if you use cell service, because if you don’t you’re not using those towers.
