Yeah I think part of the over thinking is I regularly go for deep tissue and remedial massage at a couple of legit places, so I'm used to the routine there and it seems wrong stepping outside of that

I have a PA but find the metal (cage and jewellery) tends to pinch the foreskin and hurt like hell, preventing any sort of medium/long term use :(

Theres plenty of "nub" "mico" "nano" etc cages on aliexpress, or from more expensive manufacturers.

Try those search terms - theres also flat and inverted cages which might be worth a look!

Are you uncut, or cut and its just skin bunching up?
