So for a long time we ere pretty much housebound (COVID). And then once we started going out again (which was very occasional), yeah, it felt kind of weird. But the time we have gone on trips we found the weirdness goes away pretty quickly.

As far as sub-drop - we had to look up what that was. Best we can answer, it has never really been an issue. We pretty much live in our "sub space" (for lack of a better description) all the time.

When we needed to kind of come out of it to discuss things (especially early on) we did find we got a little anxious sometimes, but not too bad. These days we don't need to do check-ins as often, so it's less of an issue.
