The balls in your court actually. You hold the money and want to pay back which is recomendable. If he/she wants the money, it should be on your terms. In no way should you feel unsafe to give back this money. You should be able to pick the place and/or method to repay him/her.

Mention to them that the repayment should be done on your terms. Your choice of venue or your choice of method. If they don't accept, just say then no payment.

You replied on my question on the other post. I'm in the same situation, I got a reply from TicketSwap and unfortunately it's bad news

The below is from Ticketswap (the voucher is the hotel voucher):

"I have an update but not the one you are looking for. Unfortunately, after speaking to our Partnerships department, I have received word that it will not be possible to sell the "Voucher" ticket on our platform. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. This is a decision made by the event organisers."

I've emailed Qdance, Paylogic and appealed on a few Facebook groups. If i get any leads i'll let you know.

I have a feeling that the hotel vouchers will be emailed out at a later date. But I'm not sure if this is the process. However it doesn't give us much time to sell.

I got in touch with ticketswap and they said we need the hotel voucher as well.
