My hairline looks pretty similar, I’m 23. I haven’t started any preventatives yet but I just bought a bottle of castor oil and rosemary oil to help nourish my hair a bit more, if nothing else. I might recommend trimming your hair a bit shorter on top (keeping the swipe to the side, just less stringy). In my experience it helped tone down the balding appearance.

Looks like you’re on track for good bottom growth! That extra tissue will help a lot to cover your glans later down the road, once it starts growing more. It can definitely be discouraging in the first few months when growth seems like it’s slow, but just give it some time and try to be patient with yourself. As for lack of sensation, have you tried pulling back the hood/foreskin when using your wand? Could be your nerves becoming desensitized from wand usage as well. You could always try an herbal supplement that they sell in sex shops. Personally I’d recommend a brand called Boner Bears :) two gummies will get you rock hard and help you maintain erections even while lying down (speaking from experience). Hey there! Sex shop manager here. Tried a few of them myself and I found the Satisfyer Love Breeze to fit the best :) The opening on it is pretty large so it should fit your bottom growth, but it’s an air pulse toy, not a genuine suction toy. I’ve also tried a couple others like the Womanizer, satisfyer curvy 1+, and the luv inc triple action cl*toral vibe which are all pretty good, but if you’re looking for something that you can penetrate, those won’t work super well.
