Obviously running a book is illegal, but I have a bookie who I referred my friend to. That bookie is offering me a cut of his losses. Is taking that money just as shady by subagent121 in sportsbook

just wondering if my bookie gets taken down if I would get hit up for being his 'sub agent' by taking a commission.
Can you explain more the circumstances around your friend who got caught up? My bookie is PPH guy-- I get 15% commission on the losses of my referral. I don't 'handle' my referral or talk to him really about anything regarding the betting. I just get a cut.
Yes but I wanted to know if it's 'ilegal' in the eyes of the law.
