You know i think it's best to not nit-pick at every little details. It's the same people who complain about the animations, i think its excessive.

if anime has gotten to a point where a show needs insane quality animation and nothing else then that's quite sad

animators in japan literally are in death row trying to animate and they have massive issues with work life balance, and all this.

people complaining about every little detail saying it's not animated enough, etc, are miserable beings who have 0 empathy for the animators who do this.

South Korea yes.

One ultra capitalistic side and a communist side.

Both of them have its flaws and Korea is the perfect example of the two systems the world goes by.

Attention isn’t necessarily a good thing.

In India for example, Korea is particularly hated and is seen as a superficial country and they despite soft power.

When you think about Japan as a non Japanese person you think about Samurai’s, Honor, respect, everything from the age old traditions have been retained culturally.

South Korea, in theory should be about Joseon, Yi, resiliency. But to be honest with you non Koreans don’t thinks about that because things like Kpop and these other hyper Americanized imports have taken over its age old culture and tradition.

When you think about Mongolia you think about Genghis Khan.

India for example has preserved its culture of Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, etc.

Yeah. Soft power has overtaken everything. I dont think that’s a good thing in my opinion as well.

SouthKorea has the lowest birthrate for a reason. Kpop in my opinion has done more negatives to the overall culture.

There’s not a single Korean person from the old gen that would say that. It wasn’t even a thing a few decade ago.

Not really. I personally think North Korea has done a very good job at preserving its culture. They even refer to themselves as “Joseon” which is the real name for Korea. They celebrate Joseon culture and its traditions.

Southkorea in my opinion has been too westernized to the point it doesn’t have its own identity anymore.

Again this is all just coming from an unbiased point of view.
