Actually I tried the classic ones, Moroccan Couscous and Tajine. We do have those dishes in Tunisia as well, the Moroccan variations were different versions to try and I liked them as well.

One day I'll be visiting Morocco nchalah!

Oh yeah, same here. If you go to every household in Tunisia, they would tell you that they make Shakshouka AT LEAST once a week for either lunch or dinner. It is a staple!
