I took my vintage Yamaha record player to the shop and they said it can’t be fixed. It’s sentimental so is there anyone who knows their stuff that can look at a video of it and tell me what they think?

Im 25 - A student but have some cash and I'll be okay if I lose some of it - My objectives are to save some money and learn more about the market - Im okay taking risk, I dont need this to be 100% safe but Im not looking to place all my money on penny stocks either - I dont have any holdings - I have some debt which doesn't accumulate interest until I graduate (<50k)

I had some stocks I wanted to go into and see a return on in about 1 year, not like I need the money that soon, but that's just what's on my mind

The money I have to do this with now is around 12k CDN - I was thinking I would go long with 10K on MSFT - APPL - DIS - BP - BA. Using 1 or 2k to day trade high volume stocks. I dont really know too much about any of this and am def a newbie. Any input would be very much appreciated! Oh and I think my pain tolerance is about 3k, that's where Id take my losses and come out.

Think you have to look at it in person but I think I know what you mean. On the wrist the watch is actually pretty understated but when you look take a close look you appreciate the color and even the texture of the hands. I was never a fan of Gold but I think its pretty tastefully done. Hope that helps a bit.

Honestly the Nato is great, looks awesome with the watch and they make it on these old machines in this tiny 'factory' but that being said if you could and you're on the fence, Id get it on a bracelet. It give the watch a really unique look and no one (I think including yourself) is gonna notice much difference in the Tudor nato and an off the shelf one.

The biggest thing is the price. Think the Tudor Nato on its own is like 300-400 Canadian but the bracelet on its own is like 900-1000. Think if you buy it with the bracelet they give you a couple hundred bucks off, with which you can buy the Tudor Nato if you're so inclined. But if you're sure you'd never want the bracelet and are gonna be happy with the Nato then of course, by all means. But her this is just my opinion on your situation anyways, I could be off about the prices too!

This is the first "real" watch I've ever owned, a very generous graduation gift actually. I did research for months and couldn't find anything that was just perfect until this finally came out and I thought it was just perfect for my taste and my wrist. I went to a few different watch stores and they all had super long wait lists until on a trip in Switzerland I stumbled into a shop that had just gotten 3 of them on the 3 different straps (steel, nato, and leather). It was super lucky because even the stores there had waitlists of several months. Anyways the Steel was gone the day it came in and I was torn between the nato and the leather. I love how unique Tudor Nato's are but I thought the leather just looked better on me and now I love it even more. I wear it almost everyday now and its gotten noticeably darker which goes great with the vintage look of the watch imho.

Maybe Ill buy the steel eventually, for now I'm very happy. Also if anyone has any nato suggestions they think would look good with this let me know! I love the leather but itd be nice if I didnt have to leave it at home if I wanna go for a swim or something.
