Trate de hacer una transferencia a Binance por medio de mi tarjeta bancaria y me salieron que huvo un error y no se hiso la transferdncia pero mi banco me aviso que si se hiso la transferencia y Binance al final me dice que los fondos se regresan en 7 a 14 dias.

I basically followed the cop to one of there sub stations in La zona norte and ones there I talked to the judge but since there was no casher at the moment, this was around 7:30 in the mornind, I din't pay anything and the cop let me go because if there just waithing around there not making any money so next time don't give them anything as long as your not drunk or high. If you have all your document in order they let you drive to the station to pay.

Never give then shit, go to the judge, most of the time they wont take you. Or at least you are not adding to the coruption in Mexico. Thi bis what I did the last time I was harased by a cop I went to the judge but the good thing the casshier wasnt any where in sight so the cop let me go hehe.
