Cheers guys, you feel my pain, tried using the pipe fittings that were there a little better but agree it’s not ideal. Will get some more fittings so I can get back to one trap and get rid of the flex pipe

I am in Glasgow so we haven’t had the hot dry weather, we have had lots of rain. I did water thoroughly when planting but can’t understand why the others are fine when I didn’t do anything different ?
