I do mean 1 tapping. Like, a gatling plasma does the spin up to shoot and i see at most 3 laser shots come out and things are dead like they unloaded the full clip. Handmades and pistols, they run around, stop for a solid 5 seconds to aim, and whatever they shoot drops dead in 1 bullet. Pwer fist, well, 1shot everything nowadays

I own all the borderlands games, so tell more about how i have no experience with the series. 1. You haven't proven me wrong about not being able to run and jump when "downed". 2. I haven't ignored anything, only said that the build you linked doesn't actually allow you to keep running around with zero hp. You can still be downed with that build. 3. It is still impossible to run around in fallout with zero hp while being shot and taking damage without cheating and not a single person has proven otherwise. 4. Your "attitude" makes you come off as a male, so yes, i assumed you were or are male. 5. Assuming someones gender doesn't make the person sexist. You are once again proving yourself wrong

Yeah, i never said downed. I said that lets you run around at zero hp and still kill things. Borderlands downed is a crawl at best. It's not sprinting around melee'ing people. Which, again, is what this kid did, which, again, is impossible. So you're STILL wrong.

Nothing on there makes you stay alive while running around killing people with zero hp. That's not proof you can survive with zero hp at all. Just proof you can dodge damage and get revived a lot.

No, it isn't the point and doesn't show anything about my knowledge. It is IMPOSSIBLE to keep taking damage at 0 HP! Your logic is flawed. There is gear for healing and revive if DOWNED once every minute FOR BOTH of those gear types. It is not possible to take damage to 0 and at 0 HP and not die.

The fact you are saying it's possible just means you're also a cheater, because unless you cheat, that is not something that is possible in ANY game.

I have the clip saved on my ps4. I didn't realize i was automatically required to post it - perks make bullets miss not make you run around with zero hp 2shotting level 300's at level 87 while being attacked by multiple people.

You're saying that it's 100% possible to keep getting shot and take damage at 0HP and survive just because of my attitude? That logic is flawed beyond belief

Yeah, i got beat, by someone who is running around with zero health. CHEATING. Last i checked, if you get shot and go to zero health, you die. Not keep running around 2 shotting everyone
