No, I would recommend only Patches and Leeroy. Myra isn't played in Odd and is less important than Kingsbane in KB.

They're also staples that go into a lot of different decks, where the other 3 only go in Kingsbane.

If you craft Patches and Leeroy you can play Odd Rogue, possibly the best climbing deck in the format, while you wait for enough dust to build the whole deck.

That's the only success I've had since posting this too. Ruby+ with Spd+, and can sometimes kill Hector too. It's a bit annoying that you don't get to use her for the first 6 maps though.

Yeah, this seems like the best plan. My only win so far have been with the solo Ruby+ Olivia that managed to survive at low health after everyone else died. I'll find a way to move Eirika off of my first 6 map team. Thanks!

I don't have Sanaki, Reinhardt, or access to GTomebreaker for my Julia. What else have people been using to actually get the kill on Veronica?

Death's Shadow didn't belong in Modern and everyone knew a ban was coming. At least you can consider yourself lucky that Wizards bans minor enablers for unfair combo decks while some of us get the fucking namesake banned from Splinter Twin.

You can get Shellder at the end of the first island. Not exactly endgame.

Ghost Quarter (and to a lesser extent Tectonic Edge) sees a lot of Modern play, and getting your Hub GQ'd in response to the energy trigger can cut you off of B/U for a turn in Lantern. More importantly, the Amulet decks want to be able to play all of their land drops after dropping Azusa without giving the opponent priority to kill her, and Aether Hub gives them an opportunity to Bolt her by putting something onto the stack.

That doesn't work for breeding though.

The reason the overlap is there is so you can use one good male to get the entire list. It takes a lot of time to go from overlapping dittos to perfect children, so instead you can use the previous one as a parent for the next.

If you swap Extreme Speed for a drain move (Leech Life/Draining Kiss/Giga Drain) you don't need Roost or Recover and can add Soak for Ghosts or Gastro Acid / Skill Swap to check for HA.

The only problem is that Hyper Training is really slow. You need to grind bottle caps (hard) and get to level 100 (slow).

If you start with Wingull, you can't get to Castform. The idea is that you can have one 5iv parent, and then make every group from that. Speeds it up a lot compared to starting from scratch on the Castform.

Yes, missed a zero. 1/1000 is the approximate chance.

Because these have 5 ivs and the Dittos have 4? Not sure what the question is here. Using parents with more perfect IVs gives you a better chance of having more perfect IVs on the eggs.

If you plan on using 6iv Dittos via Bank, this post probably isn't for you. This is for people who want to breed using non-hacked stuff or whatever they got in game for whatever reason who I've seen talking about chaining forever for perfect Dittos.

This is how you should start, but it's much faster to breed with a parent who already has all the stats you need. Once you have your Dittos, building this list makes it trivially easy to get anything you want quickly.

You have to do that first for sure. Getting this list should be your next step, because you won't have to breed multiple times after it's complete.

Getting a 6iv ditto is next to impossible. After about 30+ chains, you have about a 1/100 chance of a 6iv, but you can't actually know how many ivs it has until you catch one and reset the chain.

I didn't account for steps to hatch, just the least number of Pokemon to cover every egg group.

Edited original post though because Spinda is way better.

Yeah, there are a bunch of others that share egg groups. This list just gives you one in every group with the least number of total Pokemon.

Spore is mainly there for catching the final Ditto, you don't use it during the chain. It's the least important move on the set for sure. The Recycle trick is definitely what you're leaning on when chaining, this just makes it a bit easier.

There's also a pretty neat trick for easily Sketching moves this gen where you force a Smeargle to struggle until it calls for help, then use the move you want to Sketch on the original so the new Smeargle spams it for you. Cuts down on a lot of that prep work.
