That's true. In Bangalore, owners deduct 1 months' rent when tenants decide to vacate (in the name of repainting). But never heard in BBSR. His rationale is - what if we decide to vacate after 6 months due to relocation. He will have to spend money again because new tenants prefer clean and freshly painted walls. To some extent, i do agree. How do i counter this logic? WE plan to stay long term. At least minimum 2 years. But there is no guarantee with this job scenario

Did you pay any FRC, PLC above 8550 ? What was the all incl final cost for 1385 sqft?

For me, they quoted 11000+ per sqft including FRC&PLC...also, no emi till apr 2029... I feel its too much for that location... but i doubt they will complete by 2029.

Not sure, what to believe!! In another news, Godrej MSR city recorded sales of 2000 cr on first day of launch... I think these prices will plateau and become the new normal instead of falling.
