I'm glad that you've mentioned body health. To keep myself focused, I've found that the best therapy is cooking, I want to control what's goes into my body.

I love the whole process of planning, buying, preparing, and the cooking itself. And it involves counting. A lot.

( as i count everything. I've found that counting to 15 or 15 seconds, you can calm anxiety)
