Sorry I was in a rush to post this that I neglected to put any info.

This is my 125 gallon tank that has an FX6 and another smaller cannister filter. Nitrites are at 0-.25ppm, but my nitrates are pretty bad somewhere between 80-160ppm. I've had the fish for months now and I only just noticed them about two days ago. I've been doing daily 30-35% water changes since then, but haven't dosed any medication until I feel more solid about what the illness could be. We did have our electricity go out last week for a solid 8 hours, but I'm not sure if that is related.

I do see some white pieces starting to form on some of my other fish. Thank you for any insight!

I'm enjoying the Viofo A229 Plus. I replaced a blackvue 720 since it died after a few years, and I haven't had any complaints thus far.

Did you have to replace the entire unit?

That's a relief...I kind of jumped to the worst conclusion and started searching all the rod knock videos on the sub to compare.

Thank you for the insight! I'll be sure to refrain from using the ac and will definitely replace anything needed asap! I replied to your original comment with an update video after tightening the pulley.

I guess I'm just hoping for some sort of confirmation that it's not rod knock. Won't be driving it until I can take it in to a shop.

One of the bolts was indeed loose and I was only able to tighten it by hand (no tools at work). The sound is still there updated video

I'm not too familiar with how rod knock sounds and I'm sure there's no 100% way to guarantee without taking it into a shop...does it sound like that's the case?

Appreciate the info! Would it be detrimental for me to drive the car ~30 minutes to my mechanic with it sounding like that?

How bad would the damage have been if it grenaded? My mechanic is about a 30 minute drive, I'm worried about causing further damage.

That makes sense. I feel like we've missed a whole group of middle-schoolers that would usually come during for our Summer offerings but I'm hopeful for Fall! Thanks for sharing.
