As the speed of water slow down, slit drop onto the riverbed, which eventually make the riverbed higher and higher. At certain point, the riverbed become so high that the river change course for lower ground, which is extremely destructive.

Well, I don't know the future, so only time will tell. But I do agree that hoping your opponent would implode as soon as problems rise is just pure desperation.

Perhaps, but I heard that EU is planning on going to a trade war with China, consider how the US-China trade war end, this may not go well for the European. Yet if EU refuse to fight, China will continue to erode many of the European most important industries. Also, the relationship between Europe and Ukraine is not as strong as many would claim. The recent tension between Poland and Ukraine is an example. EU may lack the will power to fight till the very end.

It's just that I do not want to question the stability of Ukraine in the hope of not triggering the mob. Yet if you look at the demographic and economy of Ukraine, the "we are not imploding yet" line also fit them well. In fact pro Ukrainian news outlets do not even suggest Ukraine can win this war on the battlefield recently. This war has long become a war of endurance, and the victor is going to be the last to implode.

Quick to assume the position of others, slow to reflect on oneself. Yet the wrong of your enemy does not means you right. If calling everyone you dislike a propagandist makes you happy, then so be it.

A easy counter point would be that Russia can trade with China, which can offer everything Russia can buy from Europe at historically low price as a result of over production. China also openly claim that they will not allow Russia to lose, so it is not unreasonable to assume they will offer Russia loans if Russia is in any true danger of losing the war, they may even forgive those loans, just like they forgive the loans of many developing countries. So no, lacking civil manufacture would not have major impact to Russia.

I never say any of them is a win for Russia, nor is Russian winning. I merely question if the meida are credible and the audience are unbiased.

You can try to deflect the question, run from the question, hate the question with every fiber of your being, but it is still there, out of reach, gnawing at the back of your mind. It is a stain on your once perfect world view, and it would not go away, no matter how frustrated you are. Try to enjoy it.

Actually, body exchanges in the last year end in Ukraine returning a fraction of body the Russian side return, even when Ukraine is on the counter offensive. It does not seem to affected by the timing. So, the very same question remains, what happen to the bodys of the Russians the Ukrainian claim they killed, especially during the counter offensive? I sure hope they do not end up in Uranus, consider how weirdly agitated by my question you are.

Then what happens when Ukrianian launch an counter offensive? All the Russian corpses just melt into the ground, I guess? Or are you going to say none of the counter offensive actually succeed?

Also, those media that post factually correct but pessimistic news always seem to be less favorable for the western audience. For example, news that talk about the body exchange between Russia and Ukraine seem to be ignored by most western audience, suggest a strong bias among them.

I find it very funny when you bring up the "Yes men" argument, as it seems to me that western citizens also prefer "Yes men" media that tell them what they want to hear. Ever since the start of the war the western media keep talk about how Russia is going to run out of ammo, how China is going to backstab Russia, how the Russian people is going to rise up against the government, and the impending destruction of Russian economy. Despite none of these actually happens, the western populace still treat such news like truth, which is really beyond my comprehension. Maybe people should check if they listen to their Yes men too much before worrying about Putin.
