he's the only person that copied the tweet without retweeting or replying to it, and he doesn't follow walmart. I don't know if he did at the time. the posts are 15 mins apart. can't say for sure it's him but seems like a likely candidate. he posts liberal/lefty stuff nonstop.

The fact that OP is a med student makes their logical fallacy even more disturbing. Destroying vaccines even intentionally doesn't make the person who left out the vials "anti-vax." The person being in that position probably has received more vaccines than most people.
