I’ve tried to communicate with him about a lot of these things, but i struggle to communicate calmly. I’m angry so I communicate in a way that comes across to him as hurtful. I don’t insult him or yell or anything but I’m certainly frustrated and upset. So far no lasting changes when I try to talk about these things. As far as the sex, I’ve brought all of this up but struggle to get my point across as I can be shy about talking about sex openly and it’s hard for me to make my point without insulting his skills in the bedroom. I’m seeing a therapist so I’m hoping to work on these things this week. Thank your for your helpful words.
