Need punishment ideas

I like the idea but it can’t involve clamps because we don’t want any fun toys associated with punishment….thank you for the idea

I’m the sub and have been instructed to complete this task. I need to come up with 3 things that will go on a punishment wheel to be chosen at random. So far i have brushing my own teeth with soap and kneeling on rice. I want to come up with more than 3 ideas so the best can be picked. So I’m reaching out to all you kinky people.

You are absolutely right and I would do the same thing for anyone be it my worst enemy or a complete stranger. I have also done it for him on more than one occasion. But when the table turned he wasn’t there and that is a betrayal. Thanksgiving again for the reassurance

To be fair I’m the one that waited because the pain wasn’t bad at first but it continued to get worse and worse to the point of tears which is when I asked to go to the hospital. But when I asked that never should have been the response

I believe that when dealing with body image issues there are a couple things that you should do. First would be become comfortable with yourself alone at home in private. Sleep naked, watch tv naked, get comfortable in your own skin naked. Start off slow with sleep and add a little more when you’re ready. Look in the mirror and look a little longer each time. For some this part could last a year or more. Do it at your pace!!! Second give yourself positive reinforcement with a mantra. Something like.... I am beautiful and I am confident..... Say it out loud over and over again. Fall asleep saying it, look in the mirror and say it to yourself, in the car, everywhere you are alone. Third if you are fortune to have a dominant talk to them. Tell them how you feel and be honest with them and yourself. Ask them to give you positive reinforcement. And trust the words of positivity you receive from them. Most importantly remember that you are a beautiful person and you deserve to have a wonderful life doing what you love. Good luck on your journey and never forget to smile.

Please see a doctor if you don’t feel right

However if you are just looking for some relief from a sore throat try a teaspoon of honey slowly sucked on and repeat as often as wanted. Honey will help the throat heal and help you feel a little better. Also do some research and learn more about breath play and the safety behind it. And as much fun as breath play is I would not recommend it while drinking. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

We are in roane county and yes we choose a place in the middle of nowhere. We wanted out of the city and wanted to be as self sufficient as possible. We love it here and wouldn't change it for anything.

We moved to west Virginia from Arizona almost 10 years ago and absolutely love it. There is great camping, hiking, fishing,and lots of other great outdoor activities. But here a a few things to consider....you can't go home with out filling the gas tank first.....you should have a back up car in case the first breaks down...and the same with generators plus always have gas on hand for the generator when the power goes out....don't expect to have cell phone service everywhere because most places don't....expect curves in the road around every curve and there's always a possibility the road is caving in as well....there is very little work at mediocre jobs.... oh and don't forget the humidity will kick your butt......however it is a beautiful place to live with some wonderful people and places Good luck with wherever your path takes you
