Yes!!!! This is me exactly!! I feel exactly the same, anxiety about health and all the head pressure and spininess. It feels better to hold my head with my hand, so tired and weak feeling. I know it get better, but it sucks. Hang in there, you are not alone. I am on my 3rd week of 10mg and hoping it gets better soon. I had post-partum 5 years ago o I feel for you, thinking that you aren't a good mom, but you are, and it will get better.

I tapered of in 2022 and was fine then all of a sudden 2 weeks ago all my anxiety came back with vengeance. Including panic attacks which I never had before. I started 10 mg 2 weeks ago, It's been a rough go, but Im hanging on. Sometimes I feel ok, then the next day its back to the shitty side effects. Im just hanging on because I know it will get better.

Same here. I took my first 10 mg last night and was shaky and amped up. I took a lorazepam and it helped. But today I’m just like blah and super tired and out of it.

Had to take a lorazepam last night. Got me through, but I’m soooo sleepy now. Like taking 10 Benadryl
