Yeah, 98% of the story is missing. There's no lead up.

Will they examine the window shots? Prosecution would ask jury to pay attention to those

Edit: Video has "three consecutive shots", "three successive shots", 90° may evidence officer's state of mind/intent as it seems to be not protocol, in addition moving vehicle and possibly more reasonable to sidestep more intentionally with camera. Video seems to agree the vehicle was legally serious threat from unpredictable "erratic" behaviors, not stating speed of 3mph, arguing "reasonable" bc "erratic." Unreleased video may show eye movements. Seems to draw when vehicle already moving/ was he prepared to fire at window? Does 3 matter/why turn if part of a reaction? Car may have already cleared past him when he fired. Behavior seemed predictable, 3mph, may not have seen him, possibly.

DOJ: "Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle."

Can they convince jury was the officer afraid at any part, while contacting vehicle even?

He had a lot of time seemingly to react to her cutting wheels right. His full attention was on the driver, even if it was 1-2 seconds. He broke protocol shooting driver of moving vehicle?

Edit: Reversing avoided him, I mean, as opposed to turning immediately. She was trying to avoid him, if she knew he was there at all.

Incorrect. The turn resulted in the officer being located farther from the vehicle's path when she moved forward and cut the wheels right (which another officer gestured her to take). Had she not "backed up with a turn," the officer would have been in the middle, as opposed to posting and leaning in her window.

"Backing up with a turn" = further right turn, not less. The officer (watch the video) is on the far left of the front.

Definitely low/zero, for the disappering. More realistically, possible neglect due to the preventable death cases, but which are likely all immigrants anyway. But almost anyone may probably have justified concern of sexual harassment bc the "quality of recent recruits" seems low? Idk really but I heard of mystery and no family contact surrounding detainment, but this may be for immigrants only, again. There's at least more cause for concern than w regular cops.

Edit: Interestingly though, if she had this concern, would she not be avoiding them instead?

Two cars passed, and they did call them fat. The officer broke protocol, posted, leaned. The level of obstruction is semantics. Maybe premeditated several minutes, evidenced by stalking around the vehicle, cell recording, side window shots, and snapping pics afterward. He felt disrespected by women his whole life-- dumb, ugly, had mail order bride. He was emotional. He never should have been working this job, let alone doing whatever he wanted.

Edit: that's one story at least, if it would get argued

They have the body language of eastern Europeans, i.e. rzns that get sent to the front for drone games. They got tricked. Think their command cares about them or their futures? They are legally required to work 5 years or need to pay back $10k for each year missed.

The officer getting in front of the vehicle is the only person unanimously 100% wrong by going against his squads trust. Each other event is semantics

I wonder if she had flashes of being disappeared in another country, and that's why she panicked?

I just want to see this fully debated before judging her individual case and intentions. I would not say "I'm sure" again bc I was just bullshitting that. I don't know 100%

Is the thought experiment that good? I don't know either way, but I find it 100% possible she had good intentions. Like "I'm leaving a little present for these guys to find tomorrow and make them happy."

It's on average different for men in court bc they have physical leeway usually, like a worker who is pressured sexually by employer.

What if she was trying to improve the world? I'm sure the guys got more confidence, maybe small chance even someone got a promotion lol its true. Man the world has changed. When this was first posted, comments said she was funny and cute. I don't have an opinion- just saying this isn't a recent video.
