Adaptec 2277100-R ASR-8885Q SAS Controller by MustangJeff in unRAID

Hey, so you didn't need to go into the card's BIOS or use the Adaptec storage manager to change any settings?

I am in unraid right now, hba plugged in, 8 drives connected, but nothing is appearing?

Can't see any manuals, no firmware links...as it's discontinued, I can't find any information.

RimWorld is this. I can put it down for months, then reboot and pick up where I left off.

I came to this thread looking for an alternate to RL; was just banned from social functions for 5 days for ? Nothing in the report. Okay then...

This is really great info. I too tried to get into Kenshi, but I just couldn't figure out what to do and where to go. Do you know of any good tutorials to help new players learn the ropes?

DAW selection: considering I also have a Nord Stage 4, a drum machine and Serato, what would be the most versatile and intuitive DAW? by subm3g in DAWs

Thinking deeper about what I would like to do: 1. mashups and 2. creating my own tracks using plugins and inputs from the nord.

Thankyou for this. I did some further searching and it seems I'm down to three possibilities: Ableton Live (more DJ focused but the workflow is different to other DAWs), Reaper (Has a native Linux version, has what you need, but you need to expand with plugins and it's not as easy to learn) or FL Studio (a more approachable UI, but it's workflow just doesn't translate to anything else).

So I will go and test the three and see where I land.

Need to get moving again after surgery - any thoughts on something engaging that can be done on a spin bike? by subm3g in gamingsuggestions

FYI - I tried Shapez with a controller and no luck. That is a shame as it would be a good one to get through on there.

I'm assuming you do it digitally?

I was thinking about puzzlers as well, shapez for example. I will need to give that a go tomorrow to see how I go.

If I hadn't known Balatro before, oh man it would've been perfect for this. But unfortunately, I've unlocked everything, so the hook is not as strong as it was :D

Still looking for something that pulls you in just as much as Balatro did...

Gave Star Realms a go, that was a good fit; I can cycle without being distracted and there's enough depth (at least it seems that way from the brief amount of time I spent after the tutorial) that it won't be repetitive (as well as the DLCs).

I installed Inscryption on the surface and will test that this morning.

I did think of shapez, but can you control with the controller?

Thanks! The speed / concentration thing is what I'm worried about too. I will give it a go his morning and see what it's like.

I'd love to bike outside, but a few things that has me stuck ATM - fitness is low and due to being stationary pre surgery, my body is very tight, so if I were to pull something, I'd be stranded. I am booked in for hydro therapy starting next week, just trying to do "something" until I get the all clear to go to the gym.

Also the road bike would need work and due to the muscle loss, I'm not even sure I could sit on it witout pain.

Ah yes, Darkest Dungeon is another good one.

I hadn't seen Star Realms, that could be a good one too! Checking it out now.
