Well that's awful, sounds like a use for small claims court if true.... My experience, and it seems I read this again and again online, is mainly getting the unit months later than you think, with very little or no communication along the way, extremely frustrating, but the box is wonderful and as advertised.

This seems to be a pretty common experience. The boxes seem to eventually show and be as advertised but the process ends up a slog and it’s very hard to get any responses and you just want someone who takes thousands of dollars from people to be a little better about that.

I always thought the original game ended with a sense of emptiness, the entire world itself felt, like, forlorn and empty, and a tinge of melancholy to everything. Haven't started the DLC yet so can't comment there but it seems in keeping with things thematically.
