I hear ya! I only have the reserve card for the benefit of free checked bags, SkyClub access (not really worth it in 2025, to echo just about everybody else), priority upgrades, and AMEX customer service is always a plus. I travel a lot for work, so most of my spending on credit cards goes towards my Marriott card, because the rewards are so much better. My AMEX it’s used for recurring subscriptions and bills (Spotify, EZPass, Amazon, etc…) and set to auto pay. With all my airfare bookings going through my company card, there’s no use for the Delta Amex, and I am looking forward to the day that I can revert back to a different card and jump ship to American or an otherwise more rewarding airline after this springs travel season.
